A. We do not have an exact date for you, but it is a service we are looking into and when it does become available, our customers will be notified through text or mail.

Close All | Open AllA. Currently, we don’t have a record of call history and minutes of use until after the monthly billing cycle is completed. It is possible to keep up with your usage on your phone using the built-in counter. Any of our customer service representatives can assist you in resetting the counter in your phone to zero so you can have a way of tracking your usage locally. Also, our billing cycle ends on the 25th of each month, so, if you reset your counter on the 26th you will have a pretty accurate accounting at any time of your current usage.

A. YES! All we need is your PIN number for your account and a valid credit or debit card. We will need your name, address, card number, zip code and amount. It’s free and it takes only a couple of minutes. This service is available for Pine Belt accounts only - not a Radio Shack account payment or any type of merchandise.
A. Yes! We offer automatic bank draft and automatic credit card draft each month. It’s simple to get started and it’s free. You never have to worry about your bill being paid on time again. Stop by any of our locations and sign up for the service or call us and we’ll gladly mail the form to you for a signature. The payments will be taken out of your account on 10th of each month, or the first business day thereafter.

A. Through the Radio Shack credit card program, we can offer you several different offerings available at any given time. There are restrictions on the purchase amount as well as the products that are currently available under the 12 months same as cash promotions. Throughout the year, there are "same as cash" promotions Pine Belt Wireless Radio Shack customers can take advantage of. Check with your local store for the current offerings.
A. The return policy is that the returned item must be in the original package with all packaging material, accessories and instructions. The customer must have the receipt and it must be within 30 days of the purchase date. However, our return policy does not include clearance items. You can return an item purchased from another Radio Shack store as an exchange as long as the product is in its original package and you have your receipt. But we cannot give you cash back on the item.
