WITH PINE BELT WIRELESS, YOU MAKE THE CALL

Pine Belt's "It's Your Call" Guarantee lets you make the call.   If you are not satisfied with your Pine Belt wireless service within 30 days of activation, you can cancel your service agreement with no strings and no commitment.  We will terminate your contract and waive the early cancellation fee.  The 30-day risk-free guarantee applies only to activation on a new account.  You are responsible for the following costs:  prorated monthly access charge, prorated feature charges, airtime overage charges and any roaming charges during the first 30 days.  Roaming charges may take up to 60 days to process through billing. 

Rate Plan Guarantee
If in any bill cycle, your air-time and toll charges exceeds by 35% the average airtime, toll and other usage charges for three consecutive months on the same rate plan, we will contact you to review your account and to see if there is another plan available to meet your wireless calling needs.
